Location, location, location with AC! Steps for main street, the beach in Pacific city Our studio is the ideal alternative to an expensive hotel room. It has a king bed, a sofa bed and a small kitchenette and bathroom. Enjoy the private balcony with views of Main Street, you also have access to the roof top deck with loungers and umbrella. Main street is steps away just a 2 minute walk and the pier is a 4 minute walk away, Pacific city is right across the street. This studio is built on top of the garage behind the main house so it is private but the roof top deck is shared. This unit does not come with a parking spot. You have to enter through the back yard but the back yard is only for the main house. The main house is occupied by family so we do not want party groups and no smoking or vaping is allowed. You have access to the entire studio, private bathroom, your private balcony and the shared rooftop deck. We are available 24/7. Wonderful family friendly neighborhood. We suggest bikes which we have available for rent. We manage several rentals and have helpers in the area. We are available by phone and message all the time. This studio has a 1 month min. Even if we don’t answer the phone, someone from our team is constantly checking messages.
