PROPERTY Description
Beautiful and private single family house with a gameroom from a converted garage in Mission Heights. Right up the hill from Fashion Valley Mall and Highway 163, this house is in a central location perfect to all tourist, business, and convention center activities without the struggle of parking issues downtown or on the beach. 5 miles to closest beach, 7 miles to airport, and 6 miles to sea world, zoo and the convention center. Even if it you are here on our seldom rainy days you will still be enjoying yourself! The home is furnished with five large screen tvs, playing cards/games, an 8ft pool table, hot tub an 8 x 12 over ground pool and a tabletop firepit. All the comfort away from home, plenty of towels and bedding, toiletries and coffee and tea along with spices to minimize your shopping needs. This is my 3rd VRBO. Awesome home away from home
Very lovely home. Great communication with host. A true pleasure. Awesome location, close to everything. Fully stocked home away from home. Perfect vacation home when traveling with children. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again when in San Diego.Tami I.
Great place & great location
This was a great place to stay that was close to the beach, airport, zoo and SeaWorld. The extra space in the converted garage was great for once the kids went to bed and the grownups could play games or pool and watch tv. The kitchen is tight for more than 1 person but it was stocked with some of the basic needs which was great! Owner was quick to communicate. We didn't use the hottub but it looked to be in great shape. Quiet neighborhood which was great because we have small kids that go to bed early.william l.

My family of 5 had plenty of room we enjoyed the game room the pool and Hot tub! We where only minutes from Mission Beach, Mission Bay and the Zoo and Sea World! Check in was easy and the home had anything we need from cook Ware to Beach Towels! 3 Bedrooms living room and game room this stay was Cozy and great! Thx alotJoel O.
Great House and perfect central location!
My sons and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a great time! We were down in San Diego for a baseball tournament and this place had enough space for 5 people. The pool table, pool (not very big but served well to cool you off) and multiple TVs were a hit to all the boys (13-14yrs old) enough to keep them away from electronics...LOLCindy J
Lots of recreational amenities!
Very comfortable and clean house for the 6 of us! Comfortable beds, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, pool table, big screen TVs in every room, jacuzzi, above ground pool, comfortable outdoor seating areas! Pet friendly! Close access to everything. Very accommodating owner! We’ll definitely be back!
