This La Quinta vacation home is located on the border of Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indian Wells and close to shopping, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and much more. This is the perfect rental for all occasions, from the bachelorette/bachelor weekend, golfing group, BNP Tennis Tournament watchers or the family getaway.
The La Quinta Watering Hole features 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, pool table, open kitchen and family rooms, covered backyard patio, bbq, ping pong table and heated pool/spa, two car garage and a washer and dryer.
INSIDE
Open and inviting, this La Quinta home is decorated with amazing decor. The living area is stylish yet comfortable with a modern stone fireplace, high ceilings, comfortable sectional couch for lounging, a 55" TV, and a cozy reading corner for me-time. There is also high-speed internet with wireless Wi-Fi for your enjoyment.
The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances with a center island and a table for 2. It comes fully equipped with small appliances and cooking utensils to cook large meals with friends and family or just a quiet dinner for 2.
The dining room offers seating for 8 people and is open to where the pool table is located
BEDROOMS
All 4 bedrooms in this La Quinta vacation home are well appointed with stylish decor, and quality bedding for that restful sleep you deserve.
Master bedroom is welcoming and comfortably furnished with a king size bed, a 32"TV and a sliding glass door accessing the backyard for that late night dip in the pool or soak in the spa. Enjoy the privacy of the attached bathroom which features a walk-in closet, dual vanity sinks, private toilet and a shower/bathtub combo.
The second bedroom is just as inviting with a queen bed and a reach-in closet.
The third bedroom is similar to the second with a queen bed and a reach-in closet.
Both second and third bedrooms would share the bathroom located in between them, which features a single vanity sink, shower/bathtub combo and a toilet.
The fourth bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house and is perfect for the teenager or older kids. The fourth features a twin size bed with a twin daybed, a full size futon couch, a 36" TV with cable, a Xbox One and a reach-in closet
The third bathroom is located off of the hallway of bedroom four and features a single vanity sink, walk-in shower and toilet
OUTSIDE
The private backyard is an entertainers dream! Walk out back to the covered patio area and enjoy the patio table with seating for 6 guests, a BBQ, Enjoy the grass area perfect for the 2 lounge chairs. There is plenty of room for your family get together or just to gather with lots of friends!
Enjoy fun in the sun by floating in the large pool, gather with friends in the bubbly jacuzzi or just get caught up on your tan on one of the lounge chairs around the pool.

The house was perfect for the group and extremely well kept up. The pool came with plenty of toys and was heated for hours of kids entertainment. A guest from Redding, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2018 We rented this property while in the desert for the Stagecoach music festival. It looks exactly how the pictures describe it, if not better. Very open and spacious and the pool table/ping pong table was such a nice and fun touch. Would definitely rent this property again. The staff was also super helpful and accommodating before and during our stay.
