Set on a huge lot in Rancho Mirage with private swimming pool and spa and kept in its true original condition! Enjoy an open concept living area, additional breakfast room, and huge outdoor area. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has an en-suite bath.
With prestigious Rancho Mirage for a setting, this rental has easy access to Palm Springs and Palm Desert for shopping, dining and golfing.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This is more than just a mid-century inspired space; it?s a true relic of the 20th century, with original architecture and vintage furnishings. An enormous yard has plenty of space for the kids to run and play, with a sparkling swimming pool and spa. There?s outdoor seating for 6, a BBQ grill, sun loungers and a covered patio, with patio access to the living space and master bedroom.
In the living room, a huge 55? TV is the only 21st century element, with pitch-perfect vintage decor finishing the space. From the sunken bar with 3 bar stools to the pastel armchairs that complement an original floral sofa, the room is exquisitely preserved and seats up to 10.
Mix up a Brandy Alexander at the bar or gather round the dining table, with statement pendant lightings over a table for 6. There?s a separate breakfast room as well with another table for 6.
In the master suite, find a king bed, 55? flat screen TV and shag carpet, with an en suite boasting a large soaker tub, double sink vanity and walk in shower.
The second bedroom is a queen with acres of space and a stylish armchair complementing the vintage decor. Put the kids in the third bedroom, where matching twin beds and an unique old-style TV will whisk them back in time, and there?s a full bed in the fourth bedroom for additional guests.
All four bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, the latter three with single vanities and walk in showers each.
OUR LOCATION
Set in Rancho Mirage, between Palm Desert and Palm Springs, there?s a range of activities and great entertainment options year-round. The kids will love the Children?s Discovery Museum, a 5 minute drive and packed with interactive exhibits for all ages.
Drive out to Sunnylands Centre, also a 5 minute trip, and explore the historic Annenberg residence and Gardens where Presidents and dignitaries have walked before you. After all that culture, indulge yourself at the Desert Crossing Shopping Centre for fashion and footwear and round off your day at one of the many eateries in the area.
Why not continue the vintage theme and eat at Shame on the Moon, offering retro American fare in a bustling spot? It?s just 3 minutes away by car.

Beautiful Family Retreat
Reviewed by: Olivia D. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2018 We stayed here for my grandmother's funeral and absolutely loved it. My parents, aunts, and uncles were blown away by the nostalgia of this classic home. Everything was very clean and neat and and the yard was perfect for my young boys to romp around in and splash around in the pool. Lovely place. We would love to come back!
