Perfect for an extended family vacation, for executive relocations, or for 2 - 3 couples looking to escape to San Diego living any season of the year.
This 3,200 SF single ranch home was fully remodeled in 2013, and features 3 bedrooms, 1 sleep-sofa in the private office/study, and 3 bathrooms. The attached 1,000 SF composite decking is perfect for outside dining and entertaining. The living area includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen nook, all with lake and mountain views. A luxury French kitchen of cherry wood cabinets awaits with a large granite bistro counter, high end appliances and cafe table, perfect for coffee and croissants while overlooking the panoramic hills. The luxurious master bedroom suite includes a separate sitting area, walk-in closet and deluxe bathroom with granite counter tops and massive travertine double shower.
The estate with private driveway is landscaped with multiple views and lounging decks, a large private pool, and an orchard including orange, grapefruit, lime, kiwi, and kumquat for your enjoyment. Loved, loved, loved our stay!
Magical stay in San Diego and this home was charming to boot. We loved the pool, the views and the grounds. It's a bit north of SD proper but the drives were easy by car and its close to the freeway. The rental company was fantastic.Cheerful and comfortable home, treated it like our own!
This was such a cheerful and comfortable home, the weather could not have been better too during our stay. Everything was perfect with our stay and we hope to come back another time.
