ABOUT THE HOUSE
Located on the upper level of this split-level home, the living room?s cozy sectional couch and 55? wall-mounted flat screen TV are perfect for movie nights. Pick up a good book and savor a cocktail on the balcony, facing beautiful views of the neighborhood and the ocean beyond. Look out for whales in the ocean as they swim by during their migration to and from Baja California. You can easily see them from the living room balcony.
Prepare a meal in the kitchen, equipped with brand-new appliances including a Samsung gas range, and gather at the dining area with seating for eight. The second balcony, right off the kitchen, is perfect for dining al fresco at an outdoor table with seating for six.
Claim the master suite on the upper level for ultimate relaxation, with a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of sunshine and lead to the private balcony. Sip a glass of wine or enjoy an intimate breakfast at the bistro table for two.
The second bedroom on the upper level has a comfortable queen bed and access to the kitchen?s balcony?savor your morning coffee at the dining table. The guest bathroom in the hallway is convenient to both the second bedroom and the living area.
On the lower level, two bedrooms each have a queen bed. These rooms share a third bathroom.
Two garage parking spaces and two driveway parking spaces are available. A full-size washer/dryer is available in the garage.

Great Time at at the Beach!
Stayed for 3 days in November, 2017 Property was clean and exactly as described online. Perfect for our family group. Would definitely rent again next year!
