PROPERTY Description
This is our own favorite vacation place in beautiful wine country.
Great location!! Beautiful, casual and cozy home in highly desirable neighborhood, close to shopping, banks, etc but still super quiet. A 5-minute walk to Centennial Park and you will find yourself walking among beautiful oak trees. You will feel like a local among very kind neighbors. If you play tennis, the courts at the park are free. Small dog welcome.
Hop on your bike and go explore the attractive downtown or even some wineries (around 2 miles)
Well maintained spacious, bright interior with a nice backyard.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (with 1 bedroom and full bath on main level) Formal living, formal dining plus family room. Landscaped yard, wrap around patio. Small grill in the yard.
All three bathrooms have been nicely remodeled and the floors are easy to maintain hardwood floors, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, even a small wine cooler for your Paso wines!

This is our own vacation home and we made it easy to mantain.
Drought resistant landscaping and artificial turf., especially easy to clean up after the furry friends. Small hot tub. We keep the hot tub dry for hygienic reasons but will provide you with the necessary mix to get the water ready for a relaxing time.
This house is bright and cozy. There's TV and Internet available.
You can easily access all the best wineries within minutes and explore the gourmet restaurants downtown.
Paso Robles is about half an hour away from the coast , which includes Morro Bay (nearest coastal town), Cayucos, , Cambria, Avila and Pismo Beach. There's also Lake Nascimiento for you to explore.
If you stay at our place, you can always reach us and ask for suggestions. We live in the Bay Area, will welcome you in Paso and afterwards we can gladly chat with you over the phone.
