Your townhouse was built in 2005 and ready for occupancy in 2006. Since then, it has been rarely used by the pretty owner who has three other homes. The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture from Pottery Barn and Ethan Allen. The owner herself is meticulous about cleanliness and high quality materials. You would find everything in the house catering to your own discriminating taste as well. The owner is confident that you will experience the same serenity and comfort in this lovely and cozy shangri-la, which is her own occasional sanctuary from her busy schedules.

Great location
This is a great property in a wonderful location. The owner was easy to reach and was very accommodating. Only downside is the garage. We had a mini van and we had to fold in a side mirror to be able to fit the van through the small garage door, which was a little intimidating! Also, the condo unit does not allow street parking so our second car had to be parked a few blocks away.Blake A.

Serenity
You have to see it to experience it. All the comforts of home in a beautiful, natural setting. Used the pool and the park a lot and it was located near all the serene beach areas. A must stay for someone who doesn't want to stay in a tourist trap.Amy Y.
Beautiful and convenient location
We had a wonderful family reunion for the holidays (5 adults, 2 children), enjoying everything Orange County had to offer. Serenity was a quick drive to/from John Wayne airport but in a quiet neighborhood, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The house was well-stocked w/ kitchen basics, towels, and bathroom essentials. The grocery store, CVS, and Starbucks are just a 7-min walk, along w/ some tasty eateries, and there are hiking trails in the back, as well as a small community club house and playground for the kids. I think the community pool is also heated, but we did not dip in. Espy, the hostess, was so sweet and left us a box of baked goods to welcome us, and was super-responsive throughout. She clearly took pride in her home, and made sure we all had a comfortable stay. We can easily make this a regular home away from home whenever we are in Orange County. Of note, we had a rental minivan which just barely fit through the garage door, but if we had upgraded to anything bigger, it would not have fit. The garage, once inside, is quite roomy and could fit a small sedan in tandem to the van.Amy Y.

Great place to stay
The property was the perfect location for us to to travel to Disneyland, Universal, Santa Monica Beach and Newport Beach, within a reasonable amount of time. Espy (owner) was amazing and the communication was great. She was quick to respond when I had a few questions and left us a tasty welcome treat basket. We stayed during Christmas and had small kids with us, so having the Christmas tree up when we arrived was great since the 5 year old was a little concerned that Santa couldn't find her if there was no tree. We had 8 in our party - 4 adults, 4 kids. The 3 bedrooms were great for the adults and the kids took the extra mattresses. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were great for everyone getting ready at once. It had a 2-car tandem garage, however we couldn't use it since it was a standard size single-wide door and we had an oversized van. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. This house was close to several grocery stores and a CVS which came in handy when needing things on our way home each night.Crystal S.
A great find!
Easy arrival with plenty of pre-communication. Arrived and the place was great in a super quiet neighborhood. The ability to use the garage was great. We had plenty of room to relax. Washer & dryer available to use. Plenty of towels available. There was a clubhouse, workout room & pool all available to use as well. Loved the area and this house was a great find!Theresa G.
Quiet and safe area. Close to major attractions and Espy is a fabulous host!
The property was very roomy and clean. The beds were super comfortable which allowed for a good night�s sleep. The hostess had the home well stocked with plenty towels, toiletries and the like. Terrific walking trails, nice pool and jacuzzi and super quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again while visiting Southern California. Espy is a very pleasant lady to work with. She was personable and flexible which made our stay much more enjoyable.
