Kick your feet up and catch some rays with 3 lounge chairs, 4 adirondack chairs and with sunshades over the pool. The pool also has the option of adding a child fence around it for the little ones. The large patio is the perfect place to gather and socialize while the chef in the group prepares an alfresco style meal on the BBQ.

La Quinta Tennis Escape is full of beautiful upgrades and stylish decor. The Living Room has a comfortable seating options and a queen sofa sleeper and gas fireplace. Enjoy the Family Room with the 65" HDTV and Blueray player.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features custom countertops, and high end appliances like the 5 burner gas stove with pot filler, double ovens, a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and butler's pantry. The kitchen island has barstool seating for 4. The formal dining room has seating for 8 with a gas burning fireplace for those special occasions.

The incredible Master Suite has a king bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and a private door that leads to the pool and spa. The master bedroom also offers a sitting area to watch TV or read a book. The En-Suite bathroom is very spacious and has a large jacuzzi tub with a double sided gas burning fireplace, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and a walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and off of the Family Room. It is nicely decorated with a Queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan. Located next to the bedroom there is the first guest bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and offers (2) Extra Long Twin size beds, reach-in closet, ceiling fan, and Jack-n-Jill bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity sinks.

Spacious house close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden

I'm a big sports fan and was disappointed that the property only had basic channels. For me that was a big down side. I think for a rental property in Palm Springs, they need to add additional cable packages - sports and HBO, etc. Also, the kitchen furnishings were among the poorest I've experienc
