Sunset Cottage has the most amazing view from every window and our deck spans the width of our building, with a table and chairs to relax as you overlook the sand and beach. Cottage style furnished apartment, beautifully decorated with vintage linens, dishes, and one of a kind unique pieces that make this unit homey and charming. We offer a discount rate if there are 1-2 guests. We add $25.00 per guests, per night for 3-4 guests. You can rent the attached studio which transforms this unit in to a 2 bedroom 2 bath and can sleep up to 6. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching surfers and dolphins sitting in our cozy Adirondack Chairs on the deck. The evening sunset is also spectacular. This unit includes driveway parking.
This is the most luxurious and premier of all the suites here at Sandy Beach Cottage Inn. Located on the top floor of our 4 story building with a full view. If you like to wake up to the sound of the waves, rest in the evening as you watch the sunset surrounded by charming and homey decor, then the Sunset Cottage is for you. The living room is approximately 600 square feet, a chase lounge, sofa and 2 cozy single chairs, TV/Cable/VCR, soft lighting for the evenings, and lots of room to spread out. One queen size bedroom, 1 bath or for a fee make it a 2 bedroom 2 bath by adding Cottage Tea Room our attached studio.
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, there are some toys and we have a beach level private bath/shower, plus beach level laundry facilities and storage for water toys such as surf boards skim boards and towels.

These rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy. We offer discounted rates if there are only 1-2 guests in this unit. We add $25.00 per guest per night after 2 guests up to 4 guests total. We require $500.00 refundable after check out security deposit and a signed rental agreement. Full payment is due at least 10 days prior to check in. We do not allow guests of guests because of the maximum number of people allowed in our building. There is a $100.00 per person per day fine for unregistered guests. We accept all credit cards for 2.5% fee, but we're happy to accept checks as well provided the checks arrive 10 days prior to check in date.
