Overlooking the beach from the third floor for panoramic sunset views. Condo has spectacular Ocean views from the top floor living room , balcony and Master bedroom. Just come down the elevator in front of building then head to back of building to hit the beach. Amenities include: Central Air, large gourmet kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances and travertine counter tops stove, oven, ice maker, refrigerator and freezer. All kinds of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is well equipped with skillets, pots, food processor, blender, etc.
Beautiful dining room has seating for six. The living room is very spacious lots of room for the entire family.

Your guests will enjoy the private guest room and connecting bath.Your entire family will enjoy the farmer's market and local restaurants in town and at the marina. Go down the back stairs to enter your own private mini beach. We provide all your beach towels, toys, chairs, boogie boards. The 2nd bedroom includes two twins and adjoining bathroom you can enter directly from the bedroom.The third bedroom includes a trundle bed that rolls out into two single beds.

We Love Oceanside
This property is our favorite vacation property in Oceanside! We've been coming to O-Side for the 10 years on vacation. Here's what we love about it: Easy access to the beach on The Strand and Buccaneer Beach, easy walking or driving to shops and restaurants, beautiful view of the ocean from the patio, living room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining(the windows allow you to see the ocean from almost the entire condo), great breeze from the ocean(but air conditioning for when it not quite cool enough), garage parking(it can be hard to find a spot on the street because it's a popular area), open floor layout, very clean and secure, boogie boards and beach umbrellas and chairs. Tim was very accommodating and responsive to our needs!Lisa B.

This is our 3rd year at this property and I love it just as much as when I first walked in. There is plenty of space for my family to enjoy this time together away from the summer heat in the desert. It is close to town and the pier and an easy walk from the condo. I enjoy sitting on the balcony to watching the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Tim is very responsive to make sure our stay is enjoyable.
