New 2,700+ square foot home, built in 2000 and professionally remodeled in 2006. This home has been custom furnished by Ethan Allen. Large open kitchen with Thomasville cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, high-end GE appliances, 4 burner stove, dual ovens, dishwasher, and microwave. Large island with double-sinks and bar. Breakfast nook area has 4-seat dining table. Kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel cookware, china, baking dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room with table for 6-8. The great room high ceilings make for a very comfortable and open feel. Great room comes equipped with a 60 - inch Smart HDTV, where you can enjoy latest movies and shows from Netflix or Amazon Prime or listen the music through Pandora and Spotify. There is also DVD, AM/FM Stereo with CD player and surround sound speakers for your enjoyment, day or night. Great room has double glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.
Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the house.
Home is also equipped with 2 large A/C units for the hottest of days as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights.
Huge master suite with must see to believe walk-in stone shower with two separate shower heads. Spacious tub, as well as double vanities by Thomasville and sinks. The toilet is separated and a state-of- the-art glass-bowel sink is just outside the toilet room. Master Bath also has a large walk-in closet with built-in Thomasville cabinets. Enjoy watching TV in large bathtub while relaxing.
There is a California King bed with luxury linens, armoire and two night stands. Master suite has double glass doors leading out to the patio.
It is equipped with 40 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV.
The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, luxury lines, armoire and own private bathroom with stone shower and Thomasville vanity. It also has 32 - inch flat sreen Smart HDTV. The third bedroom is detached casita with queen size bed, private bathroom and 32 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV. The fourth bedroom/den comes with wood desk and cabinetry and high-speed internet. Also comes with queen size sofa bed.
Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, built-in cabinets and separate sink.
The backyard is an entertainer's delight with private free form salt pool and raised Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Stainless steel gas BBQ fully equipped with utensils. Patios furniture includes dining table with lazy-Susan, 4 cushioned chairs, 2 cushioned chase lounges, side table, and cushioned outdoor couch.

Optional pool heating $49/day or $275/week. Gas and Electricity paid directly by guests on reservations of 1 month or longer.
$175 cleaning fee - $300 cleaning for month or longer stays is required. Extra cleaning fee for parties of 8 and more.
Holidays are excluded from off-season rates, and it will be charged season rates. For special events extra fee will be added.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled 61 days prior to the arrival date,100%of the rental amount, less the cancellation fee of $295 will be refunded. If cancelled between 31and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental amount, less cancellation fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.

Rates include spa heating and utilities. Pool heating is optional and is an additional $49.00 per day or $275.00 per week. Pool Safety Gate may be requested to be installed for an additional $100.00
If pets are approved, there will be a Non Refundable Pet Fee of $150.00. Pet must be approved by owner prior to lease agreement finalized.
The Cleaning fee is based on 10 man hours of cleaning. If the house requires in excess of 10 hours of cleaning the additional hours will be charged to renter at $40.00 per hr. Excessive use of towels will also incur additional cleaning charges.
"Rental fee" includes utilities but does not include pool heating, cleaning fee, damage insurance or taxes.

Beautiful spacious house. Great location. Very clean.
Our family had a great time staying here for Father's day weekend. Had plenty of space. Had fun in the pool. Small issue with the breaker but owner was quick in replying and guiding us to fix the problem. It was more a heat issue than anything. It was 116 degrees. Plenty of kitchen space. Casino was 10 minutes away. We had a blast. Would highly recommend this place.Mike N Jeannette R.
Amazing Spacious Home Away from Home
Walked into this beautiful, classy, clean, spacious home and was in complete awe!!! Felt more like a resort home! We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities the home had to offer as we were basically there to sleep. The pool looked amazing, but it was too cold to jump in, in January. LOL. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed. Bedrooms and linens/towels were clean and plenty to go around. There was a washer and dryer on the premises which was awesome! The separate Casita had its own entrance and bathroom, but needed a separate key to get in the house. Perfect for someone or a couple who are not used to having kids running around in their space. LOL The owner was readily available for any questions or issues we had. Overall... we would come back in a heartbeat!!! We highly recommend this property!!! Thank you Leyla for allowing us to experience your beautiful home!!! It was the perfect place for 2 families and a single to enjoy the comforts of home.
