It is airy, like indoors same as outdoors, has beautiful front yard pond with two spectacular giant old growth Willow Trees. Inside the comfy home is a really comfy leather vibrating chair, bookcase filled with interesting books and a state of the art media center with a 3D 55' HDTV with BlueRay DVD. It is a large 1700 sf townhouse with 3 bedrooms. It's newly renovated with new sheets, towels, furniture, and kitchenware. For those needing it, workshop space is possible in the huge 18X20 Master bedroom when the queen Murphy bed is put upright in it's cabinet.
Angel House is private and sunny! It has the best of both worlds. On 3 sides it is surrounded by wild and natural wetlands and yet it is only 3 blocks from downtown main street. It is a many windowed townhouse having 2 floors. and sleeping 7 people. It is snuggly warm, comfortable, light and airy, upbeat, joyful & positive and filled with sunshine though its many windows… the feeling here is of being outside while being inside...it has a happy & joyous feeling.. it is a house charged with positive energy from years of use as a healing and workshop center.

The area around Angel House in Mt. Shasta is unique and inviting. Within 3 blocks, you can stroll to nearby Sisson Meadows, a nearby small wetlands park with a raised wooden walkway carrying you across the tops of the wetlands flora and fauna and all along the walk incredible majestic views of Mt. Shasta. Or you can meander 3 blocks to downtown's charming not so hustling and bustling main street or walk across the street and visit the nearby peaceful county Library.
Angel House has easy access up the mountain and it is conveniently situated for all summer and winter activities. It is only a 15 minute walk from a most important sacred site, the 'you must visit' City Park, a headwaters source of the Sacramento River with its world famous high quality clean and pure water coming out of the fresh underground Mt. Shasta aquifer. Lots of unique Mt. Shasta characters gather here to trade stories.

The owner is happy to provide bath soap, body lotion and shampoo. And yes, laundry facilities and detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum and broom are all waiting for you. You can park in the in driveway and on street in the summer, and in the winter you must be careful of the Mt. Shasta city street snowplow schedule. There is even a small but energetic popcorn popper in kitchen.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS...please! And please.... no swimming in the pond either!

Perfect!
We will be returning to this beautiful house again and again. It is so well cared for, has a wonderful vibe and atmosphere, the rooms are filled with light and stunning views, and it is walk-able to the downtown area shops and restaurants. Our kids loved being in the house and playing on the grounds as well. Perfect!
